WARRANTY POLICY

Armadio Inc. warrants its cabinetry products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and applies only to products purchased from Armadio Inc. or an authorized Armadio dealer, retailer, contractor, builder, or distributor and installed at the original installation location.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in cabinet boxes, doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, assembly, joinery, hardware, delamination, separation, or nish defects that are present at the time of delivery or installation. Hardware components, including hinges, drawer glides, and related moving parts, are covered for 5 years unless otherwise covered by the original hardware manufacturer’s warranty. Armadio Inc.’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to, at its discretion, repair, replacement, or credit for the defective product or component.

Natural variations in wood, plywood, veneers, stains, paints, laminates, color, grain, texture, sheen, and appearance are not considered defects. Changes caused by aging, sunlight, household lighting, humidity, heat, cleaning products, or normal use are not covered. Painted nishes may show minor joint lines, seam movement, or expansion and contraction over time; these are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by improper installation, handling, storage, transportation after delivery, jobsite damage, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, excessive moisture, water leaks, ooding, plumbing issues, steam, appliance-related moisture, excessive heat, cold, sunlight, lack of climate control, unauthorized modications or repairs, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, chips, impact damage, structural movement, insects, rodents, mold, mildew, or environmental conditions. Products installed outdoors, in garages, unnished buildings, non-climate-controlled spaces, or used for commercial, industrial, rental, institutional, multi-family, developer, or builder projects are not covered unless otherwise approved in writing by Armadio Inc.

Cabinetry must be stored and installed in a clean, dry, climate-controlled environment. Normal indoor temperature and humidity levels must be maintained before, during, and after installation. Failure to properly store, install, or maintain the cabinetry may void this warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase, the original order or invoice number, photos of the claimed defect, a description of the issue, the installation address, and the installation date, if applicable. Claims must be submitted in writing to Armadio Inc. at admin@armadioinc.com or 734-215-7668. Armadio Inc. reserves the right to inspect the product, request additional documentation, or require return of the defective component before approving a claim.

Replacement parts may vary slightly from the original product in color, grain, texture, sheen, or nish due to natural aging, material variation, nish lot dierences, or production changes. Such variation is not considered a defect. This warranty does not cover labor, removal, reinstallation, transportation, expedited shipping, project delays, loss of use, lost prots, or incidental or consequential damages unless required by law.

This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by Armadio Inc. No dealer, retailer, contractor, builder, installer, employee, or representative may modify or expand this warranty unless approved in writing by an authorized ocer of Armadio Inc. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, Armadio Inc. disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and tness for a particular purpose. Armadio Inc.’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product or component.

Cabinets should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap when necessary, then dried immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, ammonia, solvent-based cleaners, scouring pads, steam cleaners, or excessive water. Spills, leaks, and moisture should be cleaned immediately.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and represents the complete limited warranty for Armadio cabinetry products. Armadio Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, materials, nishes, specications, and warranty terms at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not aect claims properly made under the warranty in effect at the time of purchase.
